Like the Freer bass drum mallets, the timpani mallets are constructed from the highest quality materials and are covered with premium grade German and woven-wool felts. The Freer 50/50 DS series mallets, new for 2005, are unique two-tone mallets that use the Freer Double-Seam technology to provide two sound options within the same mallet head—two great sounds without the need for multiple mallets or awkward flips and switches!
