How to place orders?

Freer Percussion is an online retailer. We are committed to keeping your shopping experience extraordinarily secure through our use of GeoTrust® SSL security protocols and PayPal® Payments Pro. If you experience a problem processing your online order contact our office at info@freerpercussion.com.

What payment methods are available?

PayPal® Payments Pro is the exclusive payment processor for Freer Percussion LLC.
We accept PayPal®, VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or bank transfers. We will only process payment, and finalize the transaction, after the order has shipped.

Check/Money Order: If you choose to send in your order by fax or mail, just follow the checkout process at FreerPercussion.com as you normally would. You then print out your invoice and then forward to Freer Percussion with your check or money order. Please make checks/money orders out in U.S. currency.

How do you handle shipping?

We process orders M-F from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm EST, USA.

Default shipping is UPS ground or USPS Parcel Post unless indicated otherwise during the checkout process. It is one of goals to keep shipping costs down as much as possible for all of our customers.

International and U.S. territories charges are not currently calculated at checkout on the website. Before we process your order we will contact you with the best shipping prices in order to receive your confirmation to process the order. Customers are responsible for any duties or taxes that may be imposed by your country of origin. Please contact us for an exact total before sending payment.

Do you have express shipping?

Please contact us for options. However, please remember that many factors can affect expediting shipping choices.

  • Shipping days are business days - Monday through Friday. Sundays and most Saturdays are not considered business days by the shipping services.
  • Orders placed after Friday at 2:30 PM CST will process no sooner than the following Monday.
  • Back orders will be sent as soon as they become available, the reminder of your order will ship normally under separate cover.

Do you charge sales tax?

Freer Percussion is required to collect State sales tax on purchases shipped to addresses within Ohio. The Internet Tax Freedom Act does not require Freer Percussion to collect sales tax on transactions shipped out of Ohio. Order’s shipped to customers with non-Ohio addresses may be responsible for remitting Use tax, as it applies after the purchase is made and no sales tax was charged, directly to your State taxing authority. Check your local requirements.

How can I view the status of my order?

Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.

What are your shipping costs?

You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
